Body boarding makes a great half day and requires no previous experience. We provide wetsuits and quality stiff boards and after a brief period of instruction you will be riding the waves. The amount of fun is dependent on the size of the waves. Ask for this as part of a multi activity beach day.
Surfing is best as a full day or attendance at a weekend school. We supply all the kit, wetsuits etc. Great activity for individuals and groups alike.
Gower is superb for surfing. Why not ask us to book a weekend beach camp with attendance at the surf school. Life can truly be a beach
