We call it Intertidal, some call it rock hopping, sea level traversing or coasteering, its all very similar. Rock hoping is staying dry
. Sea level traversing is only available at certain tide conditions, coasteering is traversing with a few jumps but intertidal is everything that can be done in the intertidal zone!
This is a dry location as we stay out of the water!! Why not add body boarding at Caswell Bay to this session for a great full day out!
We traverse, cave, climb, hop, skip and jump!!!
We provide helmets. You provide bathing costumes and good soled trainers.
We meet at the Big Apple car park, near Mumbles pier. All correspondence should be directed to the head office of Wales Outdoors Limited in Cardiff.
