A warm welcome awaits visitors to THE GLOBE, a charming 300 year old Welsh cottage which was a licensed inn until 1932. It has been tastefully restored by the owner to provide double or twin accommodation with use of a roomy and well appointed guest bathroom. Both bed rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and TV.
Location:-The Globe is centrally located in the mediaeval town of Newport within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shops and is 300 yards from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Local pubs and restaurants provide extensive menus, including locally cought sea bass, sea trout, lobster and crab. Glorious scenic walks can be made from the house which take in coast, estuary and mountain, all within the Pembrokeshire National Park.
Activities:- include water sports, golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling, both sea and river angling and bird watching. Within easy driving distance ate Celtic monuments, arecreated stone age fort, Norman castles, wildlife trails, the beautiful Gwaun valley and much more.
