A new 2 double bedroom first floor apartment located on the promenade overlooking Swansea beach. Large balcony with extensive views of the beach and Mumbles Head. Located in the Maritime Quarter of Swansea nestling between the beach and the working marina and is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the city with it's vibrant nightlife and attractions. The newly opened LC2 leisure centre and National Maritime Museum is just minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Apartment has a large lounge with two sofa's, wall mounted flat screen television, DVD player and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with integrated hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. First bedroom has an an ensuite bathroom, views of the beach/headland and is fitted out with a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Apartment also has a family bathroom. Lift access and a dedicated parking place. Sorry, but this is a non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
