Llys Meddyg (Doctor's Court) Hotel is a small boutique style hotel. We are
family run with a passion for providing our guests with great food and warm
service. The Hotel is housed in a beautiful Georgian building with courtyard
and large secluded garden. We are currenly refurbishing the Mews building
which will give us a total of six individualy styled bedrooms by the middle
of June. Rates are £45.00 pp - £60.00pp for bed and breakfast, based on two
sharing.

We opened in Newport, Pembrokeshire primarily becuase we are both from North
Pembrokeshire, secondly because Newport is a fantastic location in the heart
of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Guests can arrive here and leave
their car in the car park for a week, there is so much to do on the door
step. If there is one thing you must do in Newport is to walk up Carn Ingli
Mountain of the Angels for the breathtaking view of Newport Bay and the
Preseli Hills. If people want to explore further afield there is an
excellent coastal bus service.

Llys Meddyg is 'different' because we have all the modern day facilities any jet setter and every style aficionado could ask for but in a completely relaxed, unpretetious and unstuffy environment. We have a genuine interest in the well being of each of our guests and service is relaxed without compromising on quality.

The rooms are all beautifully constructed but using only local or Welsh
products. All furniture and furnishings were made locally using green oak, spalted beech and also reclaimed teak in some of the bathrooms. Blankets have been sourced locally including from the internationally reknown Melin Tregwynt. We are also lucky to have superb local produce such as Pembrokeshire new potatoes, seafood from Cardigan Bay and Lamb and Welsh
Black beef from the surrounding Preseli Mountains. We can also get Salmon and Haddock smoked locally which goes on our breakfast menu. We grow most of our own herbs in the garden.
