This former barn has been converted into a very attractive detached house with living accommodation on the first floor to take advantage of the lovely views. Located on the edge of the village of Ystalyfera on 30 acres of land with footpaths, just outside Brecon Beacons National Park and 13 miles north of Swansea and the Gower Peninsula. This barn conversion should meet most needs, but main access is via 10 external stone steps with handrail, to the upstairs hayloft living area which may be unsuitable for the infirm and wheelchair users. Conservatory, upper decking and patio are also on this level. All bedrooms are down internal stairs with handrail, which has a turn at the top. All bedrooms are on the same level, as are the bathroom and ensuite to the master bedroom. Door frames are mid-tone wood, contrasting with lighter coloured walls. Lighting is good throughout. There is no telephone, but good mobile reception depending on the network. There are two televisions, one of which has teletext. There is a large parking and turning area in a private courtyard with outside lighting. The garden and yard are mainly level to the front with plenty of seating. The barn is situated in 30 acres of private farmland with many level country paths, but land immediately outside the farmyard is sloping, hilly and uneven countryside.
