This charming stone cottage is set along a quiet lane within the village of Newport. The cottage is in a small row of similar, traditional cottages which are within a few minutes walk of the nearby village shops, restaurants and the lovely Newport Sands. The Preseli Hills form a backdrop to the village and are extremely popular with enthusiastic walkers and naturalists.

The entrance opens into the beamed dining room, which features an inglenook fireplace and stone open fire it is attractively furnished with pine dining table and chairs and pine dresser. The lounge is also furnished in a cottage style, containing three piece suite, colour TV, occasional furniture and a woodburning stove. The kitchen is fully fitted with pine kitchen units, electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine and separate dryer. The bathroom is on the ground floor and contains bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom contains a pine double bedstead, the second room has pine twin beds and the third bedroom a single pine bed. Bedlinen is provided for the beds which have duvets. Cot and high chair are available. Full gas central heating throughout, gas and electricity charges are included in the rental. To the rear of the cottage there is an extremely sheltered lawned garden, which is enclosed and safe for children. There is limited parking for one car, in the quiet lane in which this cottage is situated. One pet is welcome by arrangement. There is also a payphone.
