Located on a quiet no through road a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Goodwick, this is a very attractive, spacious cottage (end of 3) on a hillside above the quay and harbour, with spectacular views over Fishguard Bay to Dinas Head. Double, twin & single bedrooms, bath/shower room and ground floor WC, fitted kitchen/diner including gas/elec range and Welsh dresser, sitting room with electric ‘coal’ stove in fireplace. W/machine, microwave, f/freezer, TV, DVD, hi-fi & gas c/heating. Steep steps to a patio garden with views over the bay. Pembrokeshire Coast path accessible from the door, shuttle bus to picturesque harbours like Porthgain & Abereiddy, 15 mins drive to spectacular beaches. Ferries to Ireland, diving, sailing, windsurfing etc and new leisure centre/pool. Fishguard town 1 mile, short drive to Gwaun Valley and Preseli Hills. No smoking inside.

Accessibility Information: This cottage is over 150 years old and has undergone some recent refurbishment resulting in light and airy accommodation overlooking Fishguard Bay. The cottage is at the end of a terrace of three and access to the front door from the road is through a 950mm entrance and up five steps with a handrail. There is also a very gentle sloping path from the road to the rear of the property with access to the back door. The minimum width of the pathway is 800mm and there is a right angle turn. The passage is partially blocked by a gas meter box reducing the width to 600mm and steps to a shed reduce the width to 550mm. The cottage is situated on a quiet no through road and parking is available immediately outside the property. The ground floor has ceramic tiles in the kitchen/dining area, scullery and downstairs toilet. The lounge and hallway have laminate wood floors and there is a 20mm step from the hall into the lounge. The walls and doors are white and all rooms have ceiling lighting plus table lamps. In the kitchen there are two double electrical sockets located above the worktop but otherwise all sockets are approximately 250mm above floor level. The stairs lead up from the hall with one turn halfway and are wide with a handrail on both sides. At the top of the stairs the landing has doors leading to the three bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate wood floors and the walls and doors are painted white with electrical sockets at approximately 250mm above floor level. The cottage has a spacious feel and should allow wheelchair access, though the stairs would obviously need to be taken into consideration. There is a television and music centre in the lounge.
